Team-building in temperatures over 30 degrees, surrounded by vineyards

On July 10, we ditched our work clothes and laptops, put on our hiking boots, and slathered on some sunscreen! That’s because this year’s team day was all about exercise, good vibes, and plenty of sunshine.

Instead of heading to the office, we headed straight into the region’s beautiful vineyards. With two handcarts and snacks in tow, more than 30 colleagues set out on an 8-kilometer hike through the mountains. Of course, we couldn’t miss out on a quick stop at a wine tavern.

To keep things entertaining along the way, our departments had come up with some little games and challenges (such as “The Floor Is Lava”), which provided plenty of fun moments along the route.

To cap off the day, everyone gathered once more at the company for a cozy barbecue, where they wrapped up the eventful day together.

The team day has once again shown how important and wonderful it is to actively celebrate team spirit. After all, a well-coordinated, motivated team is one of the most important factors in our shared success.

We’re already looking forward to the next team activity and can’t wait to see where it takes us!
