Review: E-Waste World Expo 2026
We’ve just wrapped up two intense days in Frankfurt — and the E-Waste World Expo 2026 has once again demonstrated just how dynamically the market for sustainable recycling continues to evolve.
The new Trade Show Booth
Our new trade show booth was a real eye-catcher this year; we were very pleased with it and received a lot of positive feedback. A particular highlight was the large monitor, which gave visitors a direct look at our in-house developed HMI (Human Machine Interface) and allowed them to experience the intuitive operation of our technology firsthand.
Growing Demand for Smart Technology
Discussions in Frankfurt made it clear: Requirements for material purity and throughput are rising rapidly. Where traditional methods reach their economic and technical limits, the need for intelligent, laser-based technology is growing. Whether it’s the seamless detection of complex alloys or the efficient sorting of heavily contaminated materials—the high level of interest in our LIBS solutions reinforces our commitment to our daily work.
Partnership with SGM Magnetics
Once again, the direct exchange with our sales partner, SGM Magnetics S.P.A., proved particularly valuable. Every time our teams come together, it becomes clear just how well our areas of expertise complement each other – and that significantly strengthens our partnership for future projects.
A heartfelt thank you to SGM Magnetics S.P.A. for their close collaboration, as well as to all our other partners, customers, and new contacts who visited us and discussed the future of laser-based sorting with us.
The on-site discussions were just the beginning — we look forward to exploring the topics we discussed in greater depth in the coming weeks.
