Cleansort SpaceLIBS - Growing with your requirements

SpaceLIBS is the new dimension in the processing of aluminum scrap and metallic alloys. Flexible, powerful and easy to maintain.

With a variable conveyor width of up to 1,400 mm and a modular system design, SpaceLIBS adapts flexibly to your production environment and grows with your requirements. Depending on requirements, three to six MetaLIBS can be integrated, allowing throughputs of 5.5 to 11 tons per hour to be achieved (with an average part weight of 34 g). Subsequent expansion is possible at any time with little effort.

The entire system is designed for a long service life. Robust, industrial-grade components, maintenance-optimized design and the sophisticated accessibility of all assemblies minimize downtimes and enable easy maintenance. The intelligent system diagnostics support predictive maintenance and help to avoid unplanned downtime.

The intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) gives you full control over your sorting process. Sorting limits can be adjusted at the touch of a button and you receive detailed information about your target and residual fractions for maximum transparency and optimum results.

Thanks to Plug & Play, commissioning the SpaceLIBS is particularly easy: the system is ready for operation with just two plug connections.

    During a visit to our technical center, we will demonstrate our LIBS sorting live with your test material.
