The Cleansort KeyLIBS provides a comprehensive, tailor-made solution that is precisely tailored to your individual requirements. Each system is unique, designed, developed and implemented from a single source. You receive a fully integrated solution that fits seamlessly into your processes and offers maximum efficiency with minimum effort.

With a throughput of up to 11 tons per hour and a belt speed of 3 m/s, the KeyLIBS sets new standards in alloy-accurate metal sorting. The combination of high processing performance and precise LIBS analysis (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) enables reliable separation of even complex material streams – quickly, unmixed and sustainably.

Thanks to its modular design, the KeyLIBS can be flexibly equipped with three to six MetaLIBS. This means that the system grows with your operational requirements and remains adaptable in the long term – without costly conversions.

Another highlight is the integrated data transparency: our user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) allows you to keep control of all relevant sorting parameters at all times. Sorting limits can be flexibly adjusted and data is evaluated in real time – for maximum process reliability and economic efficiency at the touch of a button.

    In consultation with our sales department, you send us your sample material and we carry out an initial analysis.

    We advise you on possible sorting strategies to achieve the best possible increase in the value of your material.

    During a visit to our technical center, we will demonstrate our LIBS sorting live with your test material.

    You receive your sorted material back so that you can verify the sorting quality against your standards. You will also receive a detailed test report to support you in your investment decision.
