This is what your day looks like:
- You maintain and optimize our technical documentation, such as operating instructions, maintenance plans, spare parts lists and functional descriptions
- You build on existing content and develop it further by structuring it, adding to it and making it easier to understand
- You support the development of a structured knowledge database by preparing content such as FAQs, solution templates and internal documentation
- You help with the coordination and follow-up of open processes and ensure that all issues remain transparent and traceable
- You document completed service cases cleanly by recording the cause, solution and measures, thus creating a sustainable knowledge base
- You take on research work on technical documents, existing systems or sensible structures and best practices
What you bring to the table:
- You are currently studying a technical degree, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering
- You have a good technical understanding and work in a structured and careful manner
- You are able to present complex content in an understandable and logical way
- You have the ambition to improve things sustainably and bring your own initiative
- You work reliably and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple topics
