We have the technology that is changing the market, and you build the system that tells this story. In this role, you are not only responsible for content, but also help shape our marketing structures from the ground up.  

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Marketing Specialist (m/f/x).

This is what your day looks like:

  • Website performance: You maintain and develop our WordPress website, always with an eye on UX, SEO and conversion
  • Storytelling: You will work with our technical experts to turn project experiences and market analyses into high-quality content (success stories, specialist articles, white papers, webinars)

Social media (focus: LinkedIn)  Social Media (Fokus: LinkedIn)

  • End-to-end management: You will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of our channels, from editorial planning (content pillars) to publishing
  • KPI analysis: You will analyse reach, engagement and conversions across channels, derive measures and optimise ROI and efficiency

Design, trends & AI workflows

  • Visuals: You will design graphics and content formats hands-on with Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop) and Canva
  • Production: You will implement content from script to video shoot (reels/shorts) to editing
  • Smart Workflows: Du nutzt KI-Tools für Content-Ideen, Automatisierungen und Analysen, um unsere Marketing-Prozesse skalierbar zu machen

What you bring to the table:

  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in marketing, PR or content production, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
  • You love not only having concepts on paper, but also implementing them yourself (video, text, design)
  • You have an editorial flair for complex topics and can put yourself in the shoes of the target groups in the metal and recycling industry
  • Business fluent in German and very good English.
