Electrical Design Engineer – Specializing in EPLAN P8

We, Cleansort GmbH, are an innovative equipment manufacturer in the field of metal recycling. Since our founding in 2018, we have been developing laser-based measurement systems and sorting plants at our location in Rösrath near Cologne that enable precise alloy separation. In doing so, we make an important contribution to the circular economy and actively help reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
To strengthen our young team, we are looking for you as an Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) for EPLAN P8
Here’s what your day will look like
- You will create circuit diagrams for control cabinets and machines using EPLAN P8
- You prepare bills of materials, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams and document them accurately
- You select electronic components and size them according to the technical requirements
- You maintain and create master data and Markos
- You carefully review and edit circuit diagrams
- You will assist the mechanical engineering team in selecting appropriate electrical components
- You’ll coordinate with internal departments and project partners
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- You have a college degree or have completed technical vocational training with additional training to become a technician specializing in electrical engineering
- You have practical experience, or you can convince us of your motivation to learn new things and your commitment to getting up to speed
- You’re familiar with EPLAN P8
- You have a solution-oriented, structured, and dedicated approach to your work
- You’re a true team player
- Knowledge of UL is a plus, but not a requirement
