This is what your day looks like:
- You support the development of a future-proof controlling system – with practical key performance indicators (KPIs), cost center structures and transparent evaluations that serve as a management tool for the company
- Together with the management and relevant interfaces, you will play an active role in building up the finance department
- You take responsibility for the creation and further development of financial processes as well as for internal and external reporting
- You prepare budgets, forecasts and contribute to monthly and annual financial statements
- You prepare business evaluations, profitability calculations and investment analyses to support decision-making
- You develop and optimize processes for cost control, liquidity management and financial planning
- You are actively involved in the selection or further development of the ERP system and support the implementation of controlling-relevant modules
- In the future, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and actively shape the further development of the division.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in finance, controlling, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have initial professional experience in controlling or in a comparable business management role – ideally in a medium-sized company or in a technology-oriented environment
- Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems, e.g. in implementation, process design or customizing
- You work in an analytical, structured and independent manner and implement tasks reliably and with an eye for detail
- You enjoy setting up new structures, designing processes and actively helping to shape a growing company
